Xi Jinping motorcade in Washington, DC

The future Chinese leader is visiting the U.S.  But rather than flying a Hongqi over here, he's riding in a Cadillac (starting at the 1:23 mark).

Is anyone aware of any Hongqis used by Chinese officials abroad?
