Bugatti veyron

Twenty years between 1920 and 1940 were enough to establish the legend. jean, the only son who could have succeeded ettore bugatti, was killed accidentalli in 1939. in 1951 and attempt to revive bugati was in vain and bugatti eventually merged into the industrial group hispano suiza messier in 1963. a revival by romano artioli in italy fell through in 1990s and in 1998 ferdinand piech took up the challenge and revived the brand once again.

rather than dressing up a chassis, ferdinand piech forced his engineers to do everything to fit the stilted look. with a 0 to 100 kph time of 2.5 seconds, the veyron accelerates all the way up to 400 kph and beyond. powering the meteorite is a w16 with four turbos. over a thousand horses and 1250Nm of torque.
